Xisabtan provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software designed for small businesses. Our services include:

• Financial reporting and analytics

• Data backup and synchronization

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription and Billing

Pricing Plans

• All plans include a 14-day free trial
• Billing occurs monthly in advance
• You may cancel at any time
• Refunds are provided within 30 days of payment
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Data Ownership and Security

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Xisabtan. We commit to:

• Maintaining 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission
• Storing data in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centers
• Providing regular automated backups
• Never selling or sharing your data with third parties
• Allowing data export at any time

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit malicious code or compromise system security
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to reverse engineer our software
• Use the service for money laundering or illegal activities

Limitation of Liability

Xisabtan provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately, but you may export your data for 30 days after termination.
